Saving an HMS file is a simple task. To save an HMS file, just select the '''Save HMS File''' command from the '''HEC-HMS''' menu. Enter a file name ending in ".hms". Saving an HMS file is a simple task. To save an HMS file, just select the Save HMS File command from the HEC-HMS menu. Enter a file name ending in *.hms. The HMS project file and all the files (*.basin, *.control, *.map, and *.met) will be saved based on the data you have entered in WMS.
