Salinity

This section specifies whether CMS-Flow will compute salinity transport. When the "Calculate salinity" option is checked, you can specify the initial salinity for the entire domain in parts per thousand (ppt). In addition, you can also specify a salinity concentration curve at each open boundary. If salinity concentrations are not specified at an open boundary, the input concentration is assumed to be the same as the initial concentration.
