1. Launch the LTEA Tool.
Right-click on a ADCIRC coverage and select the Mesh Generation Toolbox command. Select "Localize Truncation Error Analysis (LTEA)" in the Mesh Generation Toolbox dialog.

2. Use the LTEA Tool to generate the mesh.
