| Nested cells can be created either automatically or manually. SMS will automatically create nested cells when the user clicks OK in this dialog. The nested cells are created on the offshore boundary of the child grid. To create them manually, select the cells to be nested and choose the menu command [[SMS:STWAVE_Cell_Attributes|STWAVE | Assign Cell Attributes]], and assign their cell type to be Nesting Output.
