Wiki-to-HTML converter
This will allow easier conversion to CHM.
- Parsoid + mwoffliner + Microsoft HTML Help creator
- After installing HTML Help Workshop, a message stating that you "already have a newer version of HTML Help" will appear. Ignore it. The existing runtimes are always newer than those in the HTML Help Workshop package.
