1. Define flood extents using FEMA data.
  1. Select the File | Map Flood command.
  2. Set options in the Floodplain Mapping Options dialog to use the FEMA options.
  3. Select location in the Virtual Earth Map Locator.
  4. Set the Display Projection to match location projection.
