Use Merging Ugrids in SMS by doing the following:

1. Launch Toolbox.
Click on Unstructured Grids. Click Merge Ugrids-Merge two Ugrids. Click Run Tool.

2. Merge Ugrids.
In Merge 2D grids select Disjoint_Primary. Select Disjoint_secondary. Make other selections as necessary. Name the project and click Run Tool.
