As of November 19th, 2016, Aquaveo no longer uses an FTP site for file sharing. Files will now be shared over the cloud. More information on the file cloud is available to Aquaveo employees on the internal site.
Technical support may request uploading files to the ftp server in order to determine the source of issues.
To upload files:
- Zip up the files to upload.
- Go to this link:
- Paste files in window.
