To access the PHOS Parameters dialog box, press the '''PHOS''' button in the Pervious Land Activity dialog box. The PHOS Parameters dialog box lets the user enter the parameters for the PHOS input tables: PHOS-FLAGS, PHOS-AD-FLAGS, and PHOS-FSTGEN.
